Dieter has spent more than 20 years in data, analytics and enterprise SaaS, working across global information services, financial data and ratings, professional services advisory, geospatial technology and population forecasting. His client base has spanned Tier 1 banks and major corporates through to federal, state and local government agencies across Australia.

Across that time his roles have covered the full commercial lifecycle: direct sales and business development winning new enterprise clients, account management growing and retaining those relationships and customer success ensuring the product actually gets adopted and used. That combination, selling the vision, managing the account and making sure it delivers, shapes how Place AU is built and sold today.

Place AU converts open government data into structured, decision ready intelligence for councils, developers and organisations assessing Australian markets. It draws on sources such as the ABS Census, DataVic and other licensed datasets, and delivers outputs as complete, defensible reports rather than raw data or dashboards.
